All outings must confirm their selected date with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit, check or credit card, and a completed Tournament Contract Agreements within 2 weeks after reserving the date.
Checks should be made payable to Harbor Links Golf Course. Harbor Links reserves the right to sell the date if deposit is not received within the 2 week period.
Final count of golfers and food is due 7 days prior to the event. Final payment based on this number is due 7 days prior to the event, as well as all details (i.e. listing of players , desired contests, etc.).
We understand changes sometimes occur within 7 days prior to the event. however, final counts are necessary for planning purposes to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Decreases cannot be made for food; we will allow food increases up to 10% of the final count.
All outings will be held rain or shine unless management deems the golf course unplayable. If this occurs, the golf portion of the event may be rescheduled or refunded, however, the food portion of the event may either be held that day or cancelled. If cancelled, there will be a cancellation charge based on the amount of food purchased.
*Any over payments (except those due to course closings ) will be refunded in Harbor Links Golf Course credit only.
